When returning new unworn merchandise with tags still attached, please enclose the packing slip and indicate the reason for your return. Please wrap your package securely. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for your transaction to be processed. We will exchange your garment returned. You will receive a promo code via email for a replacement garment of your choosing of comparable price. Customer is responsible for shipping and handling costs.

I’M POWERED Life Shipping Policy
• I’M POWERED Life will ship orders that total over $75.00 via USPS standard ground shipping anywhere in the continental United States.
• Depending on your order size and geographic location, your order could take 7-10 days for delivery.
• I’M POWERED Life is not responsible for guaranteeing delivery. The customer is responsible for providing a safe and reliable delivery address.
• I’M POWERED Life is not accountable for a damaged delivery package due to fire, water, crushing, ripped or otherwise unusable product. Customers should make a claim with the United States Post Office.
• I’M POWERED Life uses the USPS for its shipments. Orders totaling under $75.00 will be shipped using standard ground shipping. Shipping costs are pulled directly from the USPS at the time of the order and are subject to change at the discretion of the USPS.
